     Just wanted to say that I liked this rather a lot.  I've not been 
following the fic in the past, but I'll have to check the previous 
chapters out on one of the websites ASAP.
Regarding:

   Ranma was one of the Children, as were also his two daughters.

   Each of them had been established with a single purpose for their 
existence: to create a new breed of humans, Homo Sapiens Imperius, 
beings genetically enhanced and improved in all aspects of human 
potential, both mental and physical.  Together, they made up Project 
Phoenix, an attempt to create a new and better race of humanity from 
the "ashes" and dross that made up the majority of modern man.

    Does this mean that Ranma, Nabiki, and Akane are in this world the 
local equivalent of Homo Drakensis?  
    'Tis pity Kasumi was too old to qualify.  I can see it now: New Race 
Kasumi.  "Oh, my!  Shooting those feral serfs in the kitchen was a bad 
idea, wasn't it?  The housemaids will take weeks to get the stains off 
the countertops."  I may have to write this one.
     God knows where that just came from.  In any event, well done story 
and I'm looking forward to the next section.
