Well, you can do a lot of things to create a name.

You can take English words and make them sound Japanese:
Chicken Sandwich == ChiKen SanOIchi

You can make it sound silly, like...  I forgotten the word, but...
Jack B. Nimble, U.S. Marshall, Berk Lee, etc.

If you know what your character does, you can name him like that:
Kamui Ryuumetsu (God Dragon Killer)
Shin Taihado (Truth Anti-surge)
