Ahem.  Maybe not.  Totally unsuitable casting is fun (Kaji as Genma, 

for

example, and just wait till you see who I have for Nodoka) -- but for 

the

most part I'm aiming for at least a fair degree of applicability.

I thought this might be a fun idea, so I'll throw in my two bits.

Shampoo=Meruru(Or however you spell it, from Escaflowne) It came to me  
when someone else suggested Hitomi.

Mousse=The only person that immediately springs to mind is Umino, the 
guy with the coke-bottle glasses from Sailor Moon. As I don't watch much 
SM, however, I'm not too sure if their personalities are compatible.

Kuno=Zelgadis(Slayers). Something about the cool demeanor they both hold 
most of the time speaks to me...

Kodachi=Naga(Slayers) Come on, you know somebody had to suggest it. ^_^

Ryoga=Sanosuke(Rurouni Kenshin) Insanely strong guys with headbands. 
*shrugs* I'm grasping at straws here, I guess. Sano can get pretty 
angsty when he wants to, though.

I can't seem to think of a suitable replacement for Ukyo, but I guess 
Sailor Jupiter might work...
