The following is, of course, my opinion.

Note: This isn't a crossover or a fusion. I'm only using the Slayers'
magic system and the Lina Inverse character. Even then, her situation
and personality are different from the Slayers series.
In other words, it's not Lina Inverse. Gotcha.
OK it's not a Ranma crosses into Lina's universe. Could it perhaps be a
Lina crosses into Ranma's universe fic?

..you'd better have one *hell* of an explanation for this line of
thinking...
Genma
Nabiki
Ryoga
Kodachi
Cologne
Shampoo
and to a lesser extent Soun and Ukyo.
Soun and Ukyo because they want him to marry regardless of his feelings
in the matter. Nabiki - Shampoo. some more obvious than others but all
were using him in one way or another with little or no regard for his
feelings or well being. Genma, do I even need to bother explaining that
one?
Kasumi is the only member of the family that actually seems to care
about Ranma because he is a human being, not just because they have
something to get from him.
But that's just my opinion.
Other than that point, I pretty much agree with ELL's breakdown of the
story.
Ranma is bigtime ooc.
But don't give up on it. I would like to see more.
My reccomendations,
Don't deny it to be a crossover, it it leaves the reader wondering
what you were thinking when you wrote that and plants the seeds of doubt
as to your writing skill.
Either put Ranma back IC or give a *DAMN* good reason for him to bbe
the way he is.
did I say don't give up. It has potential.
