Well, you've come to the right person...

The location in YUA doesn't exist, per se. The animators for the TV/OAV
series basically depicted the Koto-ka  a south eastern district of
Tokyo.  It has an airport, and several bridges leading in...  I can
point you to a train map of the area and very loose maps of areas in the
town.  One of the more famous location in Koto-ka is the Tokyo
International Exhibition Center...

I have more info, but it's not quite translated yet... (Hey!  I'm doing
this on my free time... ^_^)  Write back to me and I'll try to get you
more info as I get around to translating it...
