Comments:  Incorporating the inhabited Neptune from Urusei Yatsura into
the Sailor Moon cosmology has some interesting implications.  Does that

	Not in the Together Again universe, no.  Unlike the Sailor Moon Z
universe, where there are variant humans in the inner system and fungi on
Pluto, the rest of the planets are uninhabited during the twentieth century.
When the Downfall came and the magic started to fail, a fair proportion of
Neptune's citizens fled through the gate to Earth.  (It was one of the last
artifacts to fail, and never did completely die out.)
