Yeah, but listen to what Gary said. What makes a law succesful is its
enforcement.
Outside of the first few volumes there is no indication of heavy

enforcement

of Amazon
laws. Then again besides Cologne, Mousse and Shampoo there are no other
Amazons
in the manga (as more than just background characters) so it is kind of

hard

to say how
the laws are actually carried out.
