OTOH, Ranma in this story is coerced into an unwanted
marriage, complete with sex. To put it himply, he's being raped. And the
idea of a rape victim turning around and liking it because the sex is so
good offends my sensibilites like few other things can.

I personally wouldn't call it rape. I mean, Ranma broke down in the end and
said he'd marry her and have sex with her. But usually in rape, the victom
doesn't just go "Sigh. Fine if we must, we must. Just try and be gentle."
which is pretty much what Ranma was like. It's more of unwanted rather than
forced sex, he's bothered by it, but it's not gonna be a trumatic event for
his life.

But that's just my itty bitty, humble opinion.
