Not really.  I've been on this list since a few months after it started,
and it's always had the same problems.  They simply come and go in waves,
governed by some unfathomable process.  If you'd seen the endless cascades
of spam of .sig characters talking to each other like those of us here in
the early days (I hate to say that, I sound like some eighty year old
complaining young people don't give him any respect), you'd understand why
Tybalt came into existence.
