If it's after Sailor Moon R (what has been aired in the states), Sailor
Uranus and Sailor Neptune are not associated with them yet. If after Sailor
Moon S, Uranus,Neptune, and Pluto use "<planet> PLANET POWER, MAKE UP!" to
transform. If after Sailor Moon Super S, the outers commands don't change
and the inners use "<planet> CRYSTAL POWER, MAKE UP!". After Sailor Stars,
all of them (except Moon who pretty much has at least one new one each
season) use "<planet> CRYSTAL POWER, MAKE UP!" to transform.

I like the premise of the story. I could easily see Ranma and Akane doing
something like this to give their daughter a "normal" life and fate turning
around and biting them in the behind like it does in your story.
