Ver' true. I'm personally uninterested in Shinji/anybody romances...
the kid needs to rebuild his own sense of reality before he goes
mucking around with anybody else's. ;p On the other hand, I would like
to see some writing that explores a relationship between Shinji and
Misato from the mother/son perspective... i.e. not a romantic
relationship, but a familial one. I could swear that I've seen at least
one that does this before, but darned if I can remember the title.
There's plenty of emotional depth there that doesn't have to eventually
lead into a lemon scene, folks.
