Shadows of the Moon has been dropped temporarily for personal reasons. It has 
been, I think, over a month since I have even sent anything to the ffml, and 
with my current schedule, it looks to be a month more. I am sorry for the 
lateness of this message, and I sincerely hope that none of you thought I had 
abandoned the story forever (its only temporary...really).

If you are looking for specifics, it is because I believe, in my opinion, 
that works of writing deserve the utmost attention in order for the author 
and the reader to enjoy them. I cannot promise even an ounce of that in my 
present situation.

By the end of the week, this sn will probably be on vacation mode. The story 
shall still be on my desktop however, waiting. Hopefully, it shall not sit 
idle long.

I can promise only that I shall continue sometime in the future. I am sorry.

P.S.  Since I will be long in responding to anything, I would like to thank 
and apologize to the following person: [dougmacd@dougmacd.net]  for his C&C 
on Chapter I. Looking through the mail I have saved, it came to me suddenly 
that I have never written him back for his thorough evaluation of my writing. 
A private apology seemed lacking for his efforts and my continual lack of 
response, so I bow to him now.  "My sincerest apologies."

Hmm...two apologies and an anouncement of a barely-known story dropped. 
perhaps the [spam] tag should have been added.
