I've upgraded to the latest and greatest Listar version.  Among the
changes are an actual tempban command (Which means the server unbans you
automatically, no relying on stupid humans) which notifies you when you're
permitted to post again; a number of bug fixes with digests; and a FAQ
command!

Send mail to ffml-request@fanfic.com with 'faq ffml' to see the most
recent faq.  Which of course hasn't had time to be updated to this change,
but...
