This is my fanfiction called Crystal Tokyo 3.It is a
Mega crossover but mainly consists of sailor moon,neon
genesis evangelion,ranma 1/2,and magic knight
rayearth.

Crystal Tokyo 3 [MEGAXOVER]
Chapter 1:Moving in
Ryuko Aino had always thought herself a normal child.She had been trained in martial arts and other things that were confidential ever since she could walk and talk.And she had learned to walk when she was only about 2 weeks old.Which had suprised her mother very much.Ryuko believed she wasn't afraid of anything until her mother passed away when she was 6.She found she was deeply afraid of people and being alone.But,she tried to lead a normal social life until she thought her fears were gone.Determined to fullfill her mother's dying wish,Ryuko trained in martial arts extensively,while still going to school.She still practiced the other things too,for her mother had said they were much more important than martial arts,though she could never use them unless the earth depended on it and her martial arts skills had failed.She was never allowed to tell anyone of the other things she practiced.By now,Ryuko was quite fast and strong and had no problem protecting herself from everyday bullies,or every day
monsters-that-terrorize-cities.Today,she had gotten a letter saying that the Queen wished her to move to another part of town.
"Aghhh!!!!!!"Ryuko screamed in surprise as she read the note from the Queen."THE QUEEN!How does the Queen even know I EXIST!This is certainly a special honor!"

Ryuko ran into her room and within 30 seconds had gotten all her things packed and was off to the train station.She read while she walked,dragging a large duffle bag behind her,with a piece of buttered toast in her mouth.

"Alright,I'm supposed to take this subway train to here,and my new apartment will be at....."she mumbled to herself as she boarded the train and read the letter.Finally,after the 3rd time of reading the letter she put it down and finished her toast.a few minutes later the train stopped.She got off the train and walked up to the surface.She looked around.
"Boy,this place seems kinda lonely,oh well!Off to find my apartment!"she exclaimed.Unknowing to her,a conversation was taking place at that very moment between two people she hardly knew but were closer to her than she could ever imagine.
"You know her destiny,darling."A man with glowing blue eyes said in a dark corner of the room.
"I know,I'm just not so sure if I can bear to allow her to go into such danger."Chibi Queen Serenity said,rubbing her eyes."I haven't gotten a good night's rest since I found out from your magical whatsitz."
"It's called a MAGICAL SCRYING POOL!"The man said exhasperated,as if he'd said that a billion times in that day.
"Yeah,yeah,whatever."the Queen muttered,looking at a picture of a girl about four years old with long brown hair and shining blue eyes.A tear rolled down her cheek."Good luck,my beautiful daughter.May Kami guide you to me once again."
Ryuko whined in frustration.She couldn't get her apartment door open.
"Why won't this stupid code work!"Ryuko whined."Give me good old keys and locks any day!"
Misato was on her way to her apartment.She saw what appeared to be a frustrated young girl of about 14 or 15 with long brown hair a few inches past her waste and bright blue eyes.::How strange::Misato thought,::I've never seen anyone with ears so pointed!::"Um,miss!Do you need some help?"she called out to the girl.The girl looked up and her expression of frustration changed to a moment of fear,and then a looked of relieved happiness.
Ryuko looked up to see a tall thin woman with purple hair standing a few feet from her."Oh,thank you thank you thank you!"Ryuko exclaimed,"You must be a gift from kami!"
Misato laughed at this."What's your code?"Misato asked.The girl handed her a small piece of white paper with a mixed up line of numbers,letters,and various other symbols.Misato entered the code and then hit a white button that said "ENTER".The door slid open.
"Oh,you're supposed to hit that button too?"The girl asked.A large sweatdrop appeared over Misato's head as she smiled and nodded.
"You're new here,aren't you?"Misato stated more than asked.The girl nodded sheepishly.::It figures,::Misato thought,::Oh well,I had a hard time with those stupid code locks the first time I came here too!::
::Whoo boy,do I feel like a total ditz.I'm sooo embarrassed!::Ryuko thought to herself."My name is Aino Ryuko."Ryuko said,trying to cover up her previous embarrassment.

"Nice to meet you Ryuko,I'm Katsuragi Misato"Misato said smiling.

After Misato had gone up to her apartment,Ryuko ran inside faster than lightning.She looked around her new apartment.She sighed in exhasperation."Looks like I'm gonna need some furniture,at least a couch.Looks like I'm gonna need a job!"Ryuko mused.The thought of working interested her.It was something to do,and Ryuko had a lot of spare time on her hands.Ryuko started unpacking her clothes and putting them into a dresser that was luckily provided for anyone that might live there."I guess I'll have to sleep on the floor tonight."Ryuko groaned.Though it didn't bother her really.She hardly ever really even slept and when she did it didn't matter where or what on,as long as it was there.Ryuko got into the lotus position and concentrated on thinking of nothing at all.This was the only thing she could do to keep her from getting bored,since there was no television to watch,she'd used up all the paper in her notebook,and she didn't know anyone in this part of the city,which cancelled out playing with friends.Ryuko opened her eyes,which were now dark,no pupils were visible and no light reflected off of them,they just looked like empty,dark,blue eyes.Ryuko probed deep in her mind,remembering things that seemed like only hazy dreams when she was conciously present.She saw a vision of the future.She saw a young boy about her age with short brown hair and deep blue eyes that seemed to scream the loneliness he felt.She felt the boy was of strong importance to her,though how important she would never at that moment be able to comprehend."I must find this boy."she muttered to herself,unaware.

The next day,Ryuko rose from the lotus position she had obviously slept in at 5:30 am.She got dressed and ready for her first day of school.Anything she might've found out in her half concious sleep was kept a secret to her by her own sub-concious mind.

Leaving,Ryuko saw Misato coming down the hall.

"Good morning,Misato-san!"Ryuko said cheerfully.
</center>
"Hello Ryuko!Off to school now?"Misato asked,smiling.The young girl nodded."Well,have a great time!Bye!"Misato called after Ryuko who had started walking down the hall.

"Bye!"Ryuko yelled back.Misato seemed like a nice person,though her aura suggested that she was a clutz and a ditz.
</center>
On her way to school,Ryuko wondered about the strange,lonely feeling that surrounded this city.She shuddered.She hated being alone,not knowing if there was anyone alive around her.Suddenly,she noticed what appeared to be a girl with short blue hair staring at her from a few blocks away.Suddenly,the girl ran off,and within 5 seconds,it was hard to tell if there had been anyone there at all.

"Lonely city."Ryuko muttered as she kept walking.About ten minutes later she arrived at school.There were about maybe 250 kids out in the yard.

"Oh boy,scratch what I said about a lonely city!"Ryuko said,a tiny sense of fear coming over her.So silent that no one would even notice she was there if the were all staring at her,Ryuko slowly crept into the building.She walked up a few flights of stairs until she reached the top floor.This obviously must've been where the teachers and better students spent their lunch hours.There were soda pop machines,arcade games,and even those claw machines you find at grocery stores.She immediately went to the claw machine."These games were always so easy."Ryuko murmured to herself and chuckled.she put in 50 cents.Operating the claw to where it was about right above a cute little stuffed bear,she pressed her hand against the glass and it started to float upwards to the claw.She lowered the claw,and clasped her right hand into a fist.The claw snapped tightly shut around the bear,and brought it to the little pit,dropped it and returned to a still state.the bear slid down the slide to the outside world.Ryuko hugged it
close,then put it in her back pack.Suddenly,something orange and black caught her eye."Vulpes Vulpes!"She murmured,looking longingly at the red fox buried under so many other stuffed animals.Determined,she entered another 50 cents and began cautiously lifting all the animals off the fox and moving them to the side...

"Hey,Kensuke!Look at the babe at the claw machine!"Toji called to his friend in his famous accent,as the three boys reached the top.

"Yeah Toji,wow!"Kensuke exclaimed.
</center>
"She looks like a supermodel..."The third boy,Shinji said,while looking in absolute fascination at the girl with the long brown hair.He suddenly noticed angry looks from his two,so called friends.

"Ikari!You're not allowed ta look!"Toji yelled.
</center>
"Why not?!"Shinji asked,with a quite unhappy and confused look on his face.
</center>
"Ya already got Asuka and Misato!"Kensuke shouted.
</center>
"They're just my friends!"Shinji exclaimed.::If you can really call the ditz and the bitch friends.::
</center>
"Yeah right,"Toji said,"and I still owe ya that punch!"
</center>
"For what?"Shinji glared at Toji.
</center>
"For my sister gettin hurt in that battle with the angel!That was your robot ya know!"Toji then proceeded to grab shinji by his shirt with his left hand and ball up his right fist.

Meanwhile,Ryuko had blocked the entire conversation out.::Not my problem if that kid gets punched.::But for some reason there was an overpowering urge to protect the boy.She groaned,she almost had the fox in the claw!Then her heart twisted in knots screaming at her.She glanced behind her.

Toji glared down at the defenseless Shinji.He pulled his fist back,let it fly.He had expected to feel his fist connect with Shinji's cheek bone,but,unless Shinji's cheek had five fingers and the power to practically crush his fist in it's grip,then he had just had someone catch his punch.Finally getting over the startled amazement of his fist being caught,he looked up to see two cold blue eyes that shined with inner light glaring at him menacingly.

"Don't even try to hit him,or else you won't even be able to feel your fist when I'm done with you!"The voice of the owner of the eyes said.
</center>
"Hey Toji!It's that girl from the claw machine!"Kensuke exclaimed.
</center>
Pulling his head back,Toji could see this now."But...but...HOW?!!!"He said with a horrified look on his face.
</center>
"Did you hear me?!Lay a finger on him and you'll be dead before you can say "R.I.P"Ryuko glared at the boy with the black hair and the strange accent.
</center>
Gathering himself back together,Toji pulled his hand away from the girl's grip."Ha!Like you could do anything about it!"Toji said,a slight bit of fear in his voice.What could a girl like her do?
</center>
"Don't touch him."Ryuko repeated,her voice cold and stern.The arrogant boy laughed.
</center>
"Hear that Kensuke?The girl thinks she can beat ME up!"Toji said,a sound of merriment in his voice.Kensuke laughed too,only,not so sure sounding as his tough friend.
</center>
Shinji,realizing that his face wasn't smashed in,opened his eyes and found himself staring up the brown haired girl's skirt.Turning a dark shade of red in under a second,he quickly back away to a distance where he could see her back,and what was going on.He soon found out from the conversation that the girl had somehow hopped in at the last minute and caught Toji's fist.It seemed that there was going to be a fight now to decide whether or not Toji should beat him up.::I can't help feeling I've seen that girl before!::Shinji thought to himself.He decided to remain silent and watch the fight.Judging by how the girl caught Toji's fist,she shouldn't have much trouble defeating him.

"Let's fight then!"Toji exclaimed.
</center>
Smiling inwardly,Ryuko thought about how it would be so fun to show off her martial arts skills to the three boys."You go first,try to lay a finger on me!"She egged Toji on.
</center>
Toji was mad.The tone in the girl's voice only made him madder.He rushed at her and threw his fist at her face.He was suprised again to see no face and his fist hanging in midair.He saw the girl just about 2 millimeters from his fist.
</center>
Ryuko was now laughing inwardly.All she had to do to avoid his punches was lean back!::Just like sensei taught me!Hotheaded,arrogant fools pay attention to their fist only and not the target.And on top of that,this one talks like a monkey!::She snickered to herself.
</center>
Toji knew now that trying to punch this girl was practically impossible,he decided to make her mad."Man,I've never seen any girl that ugly and fat in my life!"He taunted.He pushed the right button,but the result seemed a little more than he could fathom.Her eyes turned red suddenly and she growled,almost inhumanly.Toji got a little scared.In fact,he tried backing up and found that her glare practically paralyzed him.

"Fat am I?!Ugly am I?!!"Ryuko hissed.She flew at him,punched him in the stomach,brought her knee up and used her fists to slam his head down.His jaw made a nice cracking sound too!::Looks like this guy's parents will be paying a fortune to get his teeth replaced::Ryuko thought.The boy regained his balance and charged at her.She kneed him right in his *oomph,mokona!don't interrupt me when I'm writing!MOKONA!COME BACK HERE WITH THOSE PAPERS!*,he instantly bent over in pain,and she took her chance.She uppercutted him.He went flying into the opposite wall,where he stayed for quite a while.Calming down,Ryuko's eyes turned their normal shade of blue again.

Kensuke knew that when Toji had called the girl ugly and fat,he was gonna get it,but he didn't think he was gonna get it that bad.Kensuke ran over to Toji and bent down by his side."Hey!Toji!Are you okay pal?!"Kensuke asked.He heard a groan from his badly beaten friend.

Now that she had taken care of the boy that talked like a monkey,Ryuko glanced at the brown haired boy.She realized with a start he seemed very familiar.Like she'd seen him in a dream or something.She walked over to him,and couldn't help giggling.He was in a state of shock,his face pale and his eyes still fixed on the place of battle.She crouched down next to him and smiled at him,making sure that he had not recieved any physical injuries."Are you okay?"Ryuko asked.

Shinji,in deep thought about how the girl had defeated Toji with such grace,came back to conciousness when he saw the girl walking in his direction.He blinked and at once remembered the previous event before the battle and turned beet red."I-I'm fine."Shinji stuttered.He looked at the girl's eyes,that seemed to radiate with a kindness he'd never known.She extended her hand towards him,he clasped it and regained his sense of awareness after he was on his feet.

At that moment the school bell rang.The next thing he knew,he was smiling and laughing and conversing with the girl.He had found her name was Ryuko Aino and that she'd just moved here yesterday afternoon.He had also found out that by some strange coincidence,they had the exact same classes.Then they were at the door of their first hour class.He looked over at Ryuko and noticed a sudden look of fear come across her face.

"Don't worry,we're only a minute late."Shinji said,noting her scared eyes,but getting the wrong idea.
</center>
"How many people are in your class?"Ryuko demanded quickly.
</center>
"About 16 not included me and you,why?"But Shinji soon found that the person he was talking to was no longer in front of him,but behind him.
</center>
"You go first,Shinji-kun!I'll feel better."Ryuko said in a nervous tone of voice.Shinji walked into his classroom,eventually followed by Ryuko.Shinji found his seat.He noticed immediately that all the boys were staring at Ryuko in sudden fascination.A lot of them were drooling also.

"Ah!You must be Aino Ryuko!"The teacher said,"Would you like to tell the class something about yourself?"
</center>
Ryuko,nervous as a mouse,shook her head,trying not to look like a fool.Suddenly,seeing there was an empty seat on the right side of Shinji,she flew to it faster than the speed of light and then buried her head in a book,pretending to be reading.She soon realized that someone behind her was trying to get in touch with Shinji.
</center>
"Hey!Baka!"Asuka hissed in as loud a whisper as she could without the teacher noticing.Shinji turned around to face her."Who's the new girl?You two seemed awful close to eachother when you entered the room!"Asuka whispered,"And where's Toji?!I saw him arrive at school!Why isn't he in class?!"
</center>
Ryuko,guessing that the girl was wondering about her and noting that she had called Shinji "baka",she closed her eyes.Within a few seconds the image of a rather vain girl with red hair and the strangest cat ear-type things on her head came into view.It seemed she was very arrogant,had a big mouth,and was a bit better than Toji at fighting.::Not better than I am,though!::Ryuko laughed to herself.

Before Shinji could answer,the teacher intervened.
</center>
"SORYUU ASUKA LANGELY!Stop bothering Mr. Ikari and pay attention!"The teacher bellowed."Now,can anyone answer this question?"
</center>
Ryuko had been studying the question and thinking how easy is was.::Kami!I could answer questions like that when I was 2!::Ryuko thought.Wanting to gain her fellow classmates' awe,she meekly raised her hand.
</center>
"Yes,Ms Aino!Do you know the answer?"The teacher said.Ryuko nodded and said,"The White Siberian Tiger and the White Bengal Tiger of the genus '<i>Panthera</i>' are not naturally white.They were turned white by a genetic accident,and bred with other tigers so that they are now a common species,Though they were almost wiped out by the 2nd impact."

"Magnificent Ms. Aino!How do you know these things?!"The teacher exclaimed,an overjoyed look on his face.
</center>
"I love animals.Especially types of cats and foxes."Ryuko said quietly,turning red at all the compliments about her intelligence.
</center>
"It is always a good thing to study up on the animals you love!"The teacher said.Class proceeded normally after that,everyone was assigned a 10 page worksheet.The entire class groaned except Ryuko who grinned.::Something to do!FINALLY!I was getting so bored!I hope it's at least a challenge!::The worksheet was on genetic engineering,cloning,and the second impact.::What an easy worksheet.::Ryuko said to herself.She got it done within 5 minutes.

Shinji was wondering how Ryuko was doing and gasped as he saw that her worksheet was finished and she was staring into space with a bored look on her face.She finally got so bored that she got up,grabbed the worksheet and went up to the teacher's desk.

"Um,sir,could I ask you something very very important?"Ryuko said,handing in her worksheet.
</center>
"Of course Ms Aino!That is why I'm here!"The teacher said.
</center>
"This might sound very strange,but could I have extra homework please?I have nothing to do in the afternoons."Ryuko said.
</center>
"Why,that is quite a strange request Ms Aino,but I'm sure I can work something out!"The teacher said,smiling.::I've never had a student like her!It's enough to make you want to cry in joy that such a young child has such an interest to learn!::The teacher thought inwardly.
</center>
Ryuko smiled."Thank you sir!"She exclaimed and bounced back to her seat.
</center>
A few minutes later,the bell rang and it was time to go to the next class.History!Ah,now that was something she knew lots about!Making sure that Shinji got in the classroom first,she found her seat next to him,once again on his right side.

Before she knew it,it was 10 minutes until the lunch bell rang.::All the classes passed by like a breeze!::Ryuko thought.She looked anxiously at the clock.She had no desire to eat.She only wanted to talk to Shinji.Finally,the beautiful sound of the bell rang in her ears.Immediately everyone evacuated the classroom and headed for the cafeteria.A lot went outside and a few went upstairs too.She and Shinji immediately headed outside.But before she could say a word,The red headed girl roughly grabbed Shinji by the shoulder.

"Aren't you going to introduce me to your new friend,wonderboy?!"Asuka practically screamed.
</center>
Shinji cringed.Leave it to Asuka to come at just the right time."Okay.Asuka,this is Aino Ryuko,Ryuko,this is Soryuu Asuka Langely."Shinji said,knowing that trouble was on the rise again.
</center>
"Pleased to meet you,Asuka."Ryuko said in what she tried to make sound like a cheerful voice.She was rewarded with a poisonous glare from Asuka.
</center>
"Where's Toji?!"Asuka shouted at Shinji.
</center>
Instinctively,Shinji and Ryuko flinched and took a step back from the obnoxious,loud-mouthed girl.
</center>
"Toji got into a fight with Ryuko,and paid dearly for it too,I would think Kensuke would have told you."Shinji said.
</center>
"I gotta tell Hikari this!!!"Asuka yelled and ran off in search of Hikari.Within the next few minutes Ryuko was the most popular girl in school.Seeing the herd of teens approaching her,Ryuko fled,grabbing Shinji by the arm,thus so taking him with her.She leaped into a tree,and watched the crowd of wild teens run past.

"Whew,that was close."Ryuko said to the now sitting Shinji.
</center>
"I'll say."Shinji said.
</center>
"So,tell me about your parents Shinji!"Ryuko said,trying to make good conversation.
Shinji looked down."My mother's dead.Died when I was little.My father abandoned me shortly after my mother's death and just called me back just because he wants me to work for him."Shinji said with a tinge of venom.

"Oh Shinji-kun!that's absolutely aweful!"Ryuko exclaimed.
</center>
"What about your parents?"Shinji questioned.
</center>
"My mom died when I was 6.I don't think I even had a father."Ryuko said,with absolutely no feeling whatsoever in her words.
</center>
"How did you end up here?"Shinji asked.
</center>
"You won't believe this,but I got a letter from the Queen saying she wanted me to move here!"Ryuko exclaimed,still not believing it even though she was here.
</center>
"Whoa!That is hard to believe!"Shinji replied.Just then,Shinji thought of something."You aren't living alone are you?!"
</center>
"I sure am,I guess I'm used to it by now."Ryuko replied.
</center>
"I can't let you live alone in a city like this,why don't you come live with me?"Shinji said.
</center>
At this Ryuko practically fell out of the tree.She was hanging on by her legs alone.Glancing down,Ryuko saw a branch nearby.She started swinging back and forth,she let go with her legs,did a leap and a flip in midair,and landed nimbley on the branch on her feet in a gymnast's pose.

"So,will you?"Shinji asked.
</center>
Ryuko nodded."Okay."
</center>
"Great!Wait for me after school okay?I'll show you where my apartment is."Shinji jumped off the tree,landed wobbly on his feet,followed by Ryuko doing another elegant flip to the ground.
</center>
In another couple of hours school was over and Ryuko got an honorary back pack to carry all of the new books she got,plus the usual school uniform from the teachers.Ryuko waited by the gate while Shinji got yelled at by Asuka.::Jeez,I wish Shinji would stand up to that girl,it might help.::she thought.

Suddenly,something caught Ryuko's eye.A boy with messy light light brownish gray hair and deep red eyes walked towards Shinji and Asuka.At seeing him Ryuko's eyes immediately turned into large hearts and she floated at least 2 feet off the ground.Any boy who might've been watching that would've probably wanted to skin whoever it was she was looking at like that.

Shinji,the boy with the red eyes,and Asuka seemed deep in secretive conversation.Finally,they stopped,Shinji waved goodbye,and walked towards Ryuko.
</center>
"Sorry to keep you waiting."Shinji said.
</center>
"Who was that boy?The boy with the red eyes?"Ryuko immediately quizzed him.
</center>
"Oh,him?He's my best friend,Kaoru."Shinji replied,puzzled.
</center>
"What's his last name?!"Ryuko demanded desperately.
</center>
"Nagisa."Shinji said,a bewildered look on his face from Ryuko's sudden attitude change.
</center>
"Could you introduce him to me maybe next week,this time?"Ryuko asked pleadingly.
</center>
"Sure-"Shinji was cut off short by the frantic blue eyed female next to him.
</center>
"Oh thank you!!!!!!!"Ryuko hugged him and kissed him on the cheek.This caused them both to become a very dark shade of red and for most of the trip to Shinji's apartment they walked in embarrassed silence,though Shinji couldn't hide the smile on his face,no matter how hard he tried.

When they arrived at Shinji's apartment building Ryuko smiled very happily.
</center>
"This is only about 6 blocks from my apartment building!That means I can still visit Miss Katsuragi!"Ryuko exclaimed.
</center>
"Huh?!!!!!!!!!!!"Shinji acquired the most suprised look on his face."YOU KNOW MISATO?!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
</center>
It was now Ryuko's turn to be bewildered and confused."Uh...yeah."Ryuko said.
</center>
"Misato is a good friend of mine!So,you were staying at the Kawaii Neko hotel."Shinji stated.
</center>
"Yes."Ryuko said.
</center>
"Mind if I walk over with you to get your stuff?"Shinji asked.
</center>
"I don't mind."Ryuko said.Both blushed slightly and smiled as they walked over to the Kawaii Neko Hotel.
</center>
When they got there Shinji seemed to be very excited.
</center>
"I'll go over to Misato's and talk to her while you pack your things."Shinji said,and ran off.
</center>
Ryuko entered her code,pressed the enter button,and smiled."Haha,tricked you that time,you little devil."She sneered at the door.
</center>
"Wyaaa!!!!"something said in an all too cute voice.
</center>
"Kippo!You arrived!"Ryuko exclaimed as something that looked like a cross between a rabbit and a furball hopped up into her arms."Ms Katsuragi must've put you in there,she's such a nice person."Ryuko went on cooing to the little puffball with big floppy ears and gigantic feet while she packed.She put kippo into a special box that looked sort of like an ordinary cardboard box only it was metal and it had holes specially designed to make it look like a decorative traveling box.She sat on her duffel bag and waited for Shinji to return.

"Misato!She should work for NERV!She's super fast,super smart-"

"Super cute..."Shinji turned very very red when Misato said this.
</center>
"That's got nothing to do wth it Misato-san!"Shinji yelled,trying to stop blushing.

Misato face faulted,trying to keep herself from laughing hysterically"Oh ho!Or does it young Shin-chan?!"Misato then burst out laughing as Shinji's face turned redder than a tomato.
"Come now,Mr Tomato Ikari,your Queen awaits you!"Misato said,pointing to Ryuko one floor below them sitting on her duffel bag.

"I will talk to them,Shinji-kun,but I can't promise she'll be hired."Misato said.

"Thanks Misato,"Shinji said,and walked off,the red in his face was gone as he worried about whether or not Ryuko would get to work for NERV.

Ryuko looked up,she sensed Shinji approaching,her ears twitched like a cat's ears when she heard his footsteps.She stood up.

"Hi,Shinji-kun!"Ryuko exclaimed."What'd you and Misato talk about?"

"We talked about trying to get you a job at the place I work at."Shinji said.::Well,that's mostly the truth.::he secretly thought.

"Splendid!"Ryuko exclaimed.::The job'll be twice as fun if I'm working with Shinji!::

"I just realized I didn't show you my apartment!We stopped outside the building!"Shinji gasped,slapping his hand to his forehead.

"That's right!"Ryuko confirmed the boy's observation.

"Let's get going then!Can I carry some of your luggage for you?"Shinji asked.Ryuko tossed him the duffel bag,put her back packs on her back,and carried the strange metal box with both hands.She seemed very careful not to move it around too much.

::I was hoping I would get to carry that small metal box instead of the duffel bag::Shinji thought,his eyes turned to spirals as soon as the bag had hit him and he had been crushed under its weight practically.he followed the pair of legs attached to white knee socks and black mary janes in front of him,for that was all he could see with the duffel bag blocking his view.

"Okay,we're at your apartment building now,you can give my back my duffel bag,Thank you."Ryuko said as she relieved him of the large olive green bag.::Thank Kami.Finally!::Shinji thought.

"No...Problem.It was...easy."Shinji said and collapsed on the ground,his face now red from exersion.His face had been that color way too many times today.He hoped it wouldn't become his permanent color.As he thought about this,he realized Ryuko was standing next to him,staring down at him asking him if he was okay.He nodded.

"Alright,good,why didn't you just tell me you couldn't handle the duffel bag?"Ryuko continued telling him that if he ever felt uncomfortable with or about something he should tell her.::I'm gonna need a loooooong conversation with my tape player tonight after this::Shinji thought.Ryuko was giving him a headache.
