You're never too old to enjoy the classics.

But the classics may not be as good as you remember.

Thomas Hood

Hmm...
Actually, I've been hoping a topic like this would come up one day. There
IS a classic (?) out there that I recall REALLY enjoying, but I never saw
very much of it, and I don't remember the title. I THINK it was broadcast
on Nickelodion... oh, I guess a decade or more ago, considering where I was
when I saw it (the oldest house my grandmother lived in which I remember,
which she moved out of in '90, so I gotta figure it was before then). Like
I said, I don't remember the title- something like the 'lost cities of
gold' or something like that. What I remember of it includes things like a
solar-powered trireme, a lot of incans, pirates... some other things like
that. If anyone could remember the title for me, I'd be very greatful.

Now, about the fic...

I DID need the explanation... but once it was explained, I enjoyed it. A
little silly, of course... I dunno what Akane will think of Ranma being an
alien giving birth to ANOTHER alien, but hey, why worry about that? It's
just a spamfic, after all... unless, of course, you're actually planning to
make this into a series? Oddly enough, while it would be rather silly, I
can almost see a Ranma\Mork series as plausible, given the relative
insanity of both series.
