This is only a test. If this had been an actual emergency there would

Clever. However, not quite clever enough. Deliberate test messages, even
ones which attempt to get around the ban on test messages in clever little
ways like this, are forbidden, as is stated multiple times in the FAQ.
If you're going try to get around the rules of the list, it's best not to
make it obvious from your subject headers that you're doing so.
