Well, from what I read in the story, this "Wraith" doesn't appear have
much to do with Jusenkyo. The Wraith says that it is a release valve
for Ranma, after having seen his mother killed. It looks very much like
a case of Multiple Personality disorder, with that event as the
catalyst.
As to that last question, there is no evidence of any other
personalities. While that does not rule it out completely, it is
unlikely that Ranma has more than two personas in his head. Remember
that Multiple Personality Disorder is extremely rare in any event.
However, the nature of the curse does add interesting possibilities.
Could the Wraith decide that Ranma's girl side is its body, seeing as
Ranma doesn't want it anyway, and may see his girl side as someone who
is "not him"? On the other hand, the Wraith seems to like to pick and
choose when to come out, specifically at night, when Ranma is
"sleeping". It would probably see the curse as simply another tool in
its arsenal.
Anyway, this is intriguing. While the original version seemed to imply
that Ranma was possessed (thus the Wraith tag), I find this
fascinating... especially keeping in mind Ranma's aversion to killing.
