Erm, considering that the characters of the Othertime have the same names as
those of Ourtime Nerima, I think it's pretty safe for me to say that,
according to the episode in which Ranma and company are transported back to
ancient China-- which is Cologne's China-- young Cologne's hair is black.
Or blueish-black, I forget; I haven't taken out my video to watch it in a
while, but that yellow-haired figure I think you're referring to is probably
on the cover of the video, isn't it? That's what Happosai THINKS he looked
like back then. (In actuality, he had a topknot, and he hasn't changed all
that much, two centuries later.)

wife."
Again, I think I'll say, he had a topknot. One of those ordeals, as in
ancient Japan and all that stuff. Ever seen Disney's Mulan? It's kinda
like the hairdo Mulan adopts when she starts crossdressing. ^_~
