I am having trouble writing this story as a fanfic. I
don't want to discontinue it, but I find the story isn't
meant to contain elements of either Ranma or Tenchi. I
just can't mesh them together like I want to.
If I change the style of the story, it could work, but I'm
actually too far ahead to reverse everything I've done. I
can only change the names of the characters, and since
they're not cannon (An element I was aiming for, but
missed by an centimetre), I feel everything I've actually
partly finished will be okay.
To everyone else who's sent me e-mail encouraging me to
continue this story, I'm sorry.
I feel I've wasted a lot of nice people's time by sending
it out to the ffml, since I won't be keeping it as a
fanfic anymore. I will keep writing it, since I love how
it's progressing. If you want to read it, it's at my
website (which hasn't been updated to mirror the changes
I'm working on yet). I have three chapters and the
prologue in the works as of yet, but only chapter one and
the prologue are on my site at this moment. This will
probably change by the end of the day. I won't send this
story out any longer to the list. I will send it out to
people who e-mail me personally for it though.
I do have another story in the works similar to this one
though, but it won't be a Ranma 1/2 with Tenchi Muyo, but
instead a Ranma 1/2 with SM.
I'll give a rough outline of what I'm going to accomplish.
Title: Sailor Moon C
Ranma, in his search for a cure to his curse, stumbles (or
in this case, is led) to a pool named the Jade Pool. He
uses it, only to find it isn't what he thought it was.
He instead is turned to evil by the pool, which in reality
is home to a nasty sentient being of the Negaverse intent
on controlling the world. Ranma turns many of the
residents of Nerima to his side and sets into plan world
domination. He unfortunately runs into the scouts. Who
will win? Ranma, who never loses, or the scouts,
protectors of the Earth?
It sounds corny and it probably will be rather corny, but
I really want to write it. It'll be a wild ride.
