I still don't see Ukyou or Shampoo just leaving him alone on this. I'd
think they at least try to rough him up at another point in the story, or
at least tear a real huge strip off of him at another point in time. But
that may just be me...:P
By the way, as far as the pacing, etc., I still believe that the acceptance
by the other characters is about right given their personalities, and given
the strong evidence that Ranma is really a girl. I think Shampoo and Ukyou
might take a little longer to accept it than I've shown, due to their
emotional investment in the male Ranma, so I'm thinking about that.
Valid point I guess, it's just I think it'd take a bit longer myself.
On the other hand, someone pointed out to me in an e-mail that Ukyou went
from hating Ranma's guts and wanting to kill him to loving him in about 5
minutes...
But that was to a situation which was favorable to Ukyou, this one
isn't..(At first given her situation...)
Then again Ukyou might understand Ranko's situation a bit more given her
own life (and thus accept the new Ranko quicker than someone else).
