This is an Oh My Goddess/Sailor Moon/Slayers/Ranma XOVER with EVA & BGC Cameo.
I don't own any of their characters or series.

Prologue: "Wish granting is a serious business!"
[Henven, Kami-sama's Office]
"You want to see me Father." Said the Goddess of Chaos, Second class Limited,
while she enters to see him.
"YES MY CHILD, I HAVE BECOME AWARE OF YOUR LITTLE HOBBY!" Kami-sama replied.
"Hobby?" she asked, very afraid for her own existence.
"DONT BE AFRAID. I APPROVED! AND SEEING YOU CAN DO A SO GOOD A JOB
I INTEND TO CREATE A NEW OFFICE FOR GRANTING WISH, I CALL IT:
'Wish Agency',
AND YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE!"
"But, I, I" She had trouble believing what she had just hear, so sure
to be vaporized for her tempering with the Ultimate Force.
"AND NO MORE TEMPERING WITH THE ULTIMATE FORCE!"
"Yes sir! Ok sir! Never again sir! Eh, I mean Father!" she replied
in a panic.
"NOW, FOR YOUR NEW JOB, YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT IS INTO THAT FOLDER!"
A folder drops from nowhere in her laps. That startled her big time and
she nearly dropped it.
"READ ALL OF IT, NOT JUST THE RESUME!"
"Wills do Father!" she cried happily, already running out of there as
if her life depended on it, which was the case in a way.
After the DOORS closed after her.
"KEEP AN EYE ON HER." Kami-sama said to Belldandy who was there the
whole time, but wasn't visible before.
"Father, was that really wise to give such an assignment to a Goddess
who is so prone to chaos?"
"YES DAUGHTER. IT WASN'T WISE, BUT NEED!"
"I understand Father. Good day." She said, smiled and teleported directly
to the temple in Japan.
[Unknown part of Henven]
"Let see that assignment!" Ranko said happily.
We could see on the first page:
!!! Wish Agency !!!
In hope to unburden the 'Goddess Relief Office',
this new agency is created in case when the wish to grant
won't need the Ultimate Force to enforce them.
Your first case if you accept it, is the case of
Usagi Tsukino in Japan, Sailor Moon's Universe.
She will wish to have a normal life on more time and even
the Ultimate Force didn't count them after so many time.
This time though, it was decided to grant it by switching
her with another individual.
Here the liste of possible case who wished to be anywhere
but where they are.
Usagi (Sailor Moon) Chaos levels: -20 internal,
+15 externals.
Ranma (Ranma Universe) Chaos levels: +35 internal,
+10 externals.
Lina (Slayer Universe) Chaos levels: +8 internal,
+25 externals.
Asuka (Evangelion) Chaos levels: Negligible.
Priss (Bubble Gum Crisis) Chaos levels: Negligible.
*Ranko (Goddess of Chaos, Chaos level: +40 internal,
Second class Limited) N/A external.

"Hey, Ranma and Lina so much alike, I can switch them!" She thought
gleefully and resumed reading the next page.
Don't switch Ranma and Lina, their chaotic natures would become
exponential and we don't want the Slayers Universe to go 'BOOM',
even though the Ranma's Universe would calm down a lot.
-Skuld, Goddess of the Future.
"Oops" thought the Chaos's Goddess while looking behind her to make
sure nobody say her thinking about it.
She resumed reading when she was sure to be alone.
Evaluation of all possible switches:
- Usagi and Asuka.
(EVA) Shinji will be very happy.
(SM) Shingo will be in hell.
(EVA) Rei will be as calm as before.
(SM) Rei will be in furry after Usagi(Asuka really).
As you see, that doesn't work very well and we just start
and the ends result of that Universe is not very good
though very normal at -20 in Chaos level for Usagi.
- Usagi and Lina.
(SL) Gourry will still be as clueless as ever.
(SM) All the Sailor will cower in fear under Usagi(Lina) temper.
(SL) Wailing will become the ultimate weapon against the
Mazoku (They will do anything to get away from it!!!)
(SM) When eating will be concern, nobody would see a
difference.
(SL) The same in Slayers.
(SM) Chaos level will raised to 15 + 8 = 23 which will tend to
make thing worse when Sailor Moon(Lina) show up.
(SL) Chaos level will cancel out at +5 and give Lina(Usagi)
a normal life. More or less anyway.
- Usagi and Ranma.
(R1/2) Less Fiancees problem, Ranma(Usagi) will be lock in her
'curse form' though Kuno will still be there.
(SM) Usagi(Ranma) wouldn't be happy, she will have to kiss a
man.
(R1/2) Ranma(Usagi) try the Anything Goes Clumsy style of
Martial Art.
Everyone will be confused long enough to be knock out.
(SM) Major problem would be Sailor Moon(Ranma) laughter
during any silly attack's names.
(R1/2) Chaos level will cancel out at -10 and give Ranma(Usagi)
a very normal life.
(SM) Chaos level will raise to 15 + 35 = 50 and make a
lot of chaos.
We would recommend this one if Usagi was the only factor,
except the Sailor Moon Universe would be at risk and in need
of more watching.
- Usagi and Priss.
(BGC) A clumsy power armor would not do well with the
Knight Sabers.
(SM) Chain Guns would be introduce to the Sailor.
(BGC) Boomers would need an upgraded to keep up with
Priss(Usagi) in her power Armor, they wouldn't
found any pattern in her moves.
(SM) Usagi(Priss) would sing in place of a speech.
(BGC) 'Sonic Wail' would become a new weapon on Priss(Usagi)
armor, though no upgraded would be need.
(SM) Usagi(Priss) would complain about the very short fuku.
A lot.
Choose wisely (Added note: As if you could -Urd)

- Skuld, Goddess of the Future.
"They have got to be kidding." the Chaos's Goddess said out loud.
"Don't think so!" Toljir said from behind her.
She was startle and turn to see: "CCAAAATTT! STAY AWAAAY!" and ran as
fast as possible thought another portal, forgetting the folder behind.
"Now, what have we there?" the Cat mused to himself before transforming
in his human form to better access the folder.
"Hum, interesting." he commented after reading the entire content.
He thought to himself about it and disappeared, leaving behind an
open folder at page three with one more instruction:
"You can call on me for more information."
- Belldandy, Goddess of the Present.
Chapter One: "Curse again!"
[Earth, somewhere in China]
"...AATTT, STAY AWAAAY!" Ranko cried while dropping through the portal
to splashed in a pool of water.
When she resurfaced, she heard: "... very tragic stories of a young man
who drowned there one thousand years ago. Now whenever you are splashes
by cold water will turn you into a man and hot water will reverse it."
the guide finished his speech in mandarin.
"What the Hell! Just my luck, I was just beginning to forget about my
manhood since I became a Goddess, and now this!" complained Ranko-kun
angrily to the sky.
And was shocked by lighting with him still in the pool.
The guide saved him from drowning while talking about crazy peoples
who remain in water when it's stormy.
[Amazon's village, later]
"Shampoo challenge Ranko!" shouted Shampoo to the man with a strange
costume more fit for a woman and a little too revealing too.
"Can't, sorry. I can't marry you even if I'd wanted too."
"Shampoo not good enough for you?!" she said with a growing anger to
that impudent male. She was also puzzled of how he knew of her intend.
"A goddess can't marry a mortal!" exclaimed Ranko-kun, hoping to distract them.
That stopped all the Amazons from taking action for his previous insult in
his rejection of one of their own.
Many eyebrows rose in puzzlement to such a claim too.
During this time, Ranko-kun just teleports in japan to the
Sailor Moon Universe.
That raised a lot more eyebrows and other things too.
Later, Ranma-chan happens to cross into the village in female form
with a Panda.
Chaos climbs to new high and they escaped barely with their lives
after knocking out more than thirty Amazons.
[Two hours later]
Before an assembly of Amazon's warriors, Cologne wasn't amused at all.
"Today, you just prove how under trains you all are.
As punishment, you will all be retraining from scratch in the
next three months." said Cologne to a very sorry group of girls.
After all the complains were silenced, she continued:
"For what concern the kiss of death, it was decided by the council of
Elders to adopt that girl as an Amazon. You have better catch her
after all the training you will receive. As for my great-granddaughter,
she will begin to track that girl immediately for the fact that she was
the only Amazons still conscious, and so was not defeated."
Ranko, seeing this in her viewing portal decided not to choose this one.
Usagi would certainly not found it a normal life.
She was also relieved not to have anything to do with all that chaos.
[Usagi's House, Juuban]
After battling another Youma that night, Usagi wishes again for
a normal life again.
She just didn't know it, yet, that her wish would be grant soon.
[Lina's camp, Slayers's World, somewhere around Sailoon]
"HEY, THAT MINES!" protested Gourry when Lina took his chicken
just before he could take a bit.
"Finder keepers!" Lina said fast and ate faster.
"Eh!" was the only reply he thought to say, confused by Lina's reply.
After she finishes the chicken, Lina said:
"I'm bored, nothing new to do or quest to follow."
"I like it that way!" replied Gourry, still peeved by the chicken.
"'Mono Volt'!"
"Ouch! Why did you do that?!" he protested to being electrocutes,
even if only a little.
"You are no fun. I just wanted to add a little excitement in my life."
"Why don't try that spell on you then?" asked Gourry, still clueless.
"'Fireball'!" Shot Lina in her personal way to inform Gourry that
he is an idiot.
Not just the chicken was fried that night.
[Bubble Gum Crisis]
"Hey Priss, wait up!" yelled Nene before Priss could take her leave on
her custom made's bike.
"What?" Priss asked after acknowledging Nene presence.
"What with you? Since the death of Sylvie you aren't the same,
always running away." complained Nene, hopping to get through
Priss's walls at last.
"It's just, I'm tired of all these boomers, Genom and a lot of others
things. I wish to change my life at time!" Priss replied and added:
"I have to go, bye!" and start her bike without waiting for Nene's reply.
>From the shadow, Ranko, Goddess of Chaos, assisted at what the
two friends had talk about, just like she had assist to the two
previous wishes made by Usagi and Lina.
'What to do, what to do?' thought Ranko.
After five minutes of self questioning, she decided to go see the other
Universes.
"Where can I found enough chaos to teleport around here?" Ranko asked
aloud, opening her sense to the Chaos she needed to do so.
A techno-type world is not good at all for her with her medium being
anything which could produce Chaos, not Orders like machines tend to do.
And it is a transdimensional teleport witch needed a very huge amount of chaos.
[Two hours later]
We say Ranko who was running full speed to where the Knight Sabers were
battling three militaries' Boomers.
The Sabers, to their surprise, say the girl disappeared just before
making contact with the three machines.
Priss asked the pink saber:
"Nene! What the hell was that girl doing?!"
"Search me. I was scanning when she disappeared and I can only detect
takyon particles along with others I can't identify." replied Nene,
puzzled by it too.
"We will talk about that later. We still have three boomers to take down!"
Sylia remained them on their communication channel, and not too soon either.
[Evangelion, infirmary]
Some day after an Angel had invaded Asuka's head.
"Just leave me alone, Shinji-Baka!" Asuka yelled at him.
"But Asuka, you can't hide from all your friends." Shinji replied meekly.
"I wish to be anywhere but here!" declared Asuka and turn her back to
Shinji in the infirmary.
Ranko, who had learned not to involved herself in her preview
information gathering, was seeing all this through her viewing portal.
"Not good, Asuka wouldn't be able to live Sailor Moon's life anyway."
She thought some more and added:
"Next."
"Wait a minute! If I remember the data, my name was last.
What could that mean? And I didn't even read the report
about consequence either."
After thinking very hard about it, she finally said:
"I gave up. Lina seems the best choice. The two can do magic,
they eat the same, they have a temper though Lina is worse and
they know how to save the world just before it's to late. Perfect!"
We say Ranko dancing, jumping, somersaulting and a lot of others things
in her joy to have resolved her problem with that choice.
After fifteen minutes of this, she stopped:
"It's perfect! Nothing can go wrong!"
[Hell, Boss's Office]
"GO TO EARTH, BUY AS MUCH SHOVEL AS YOU CAN AND FREE THE DAWN
SOULS. IT'S THEIR TURN TO TRANSPORT THE SNOW ELSEWHERE!" Ordained the
LORD of HELL to a bunch of demon third class limited.
"But, my Lord, we have only 2 feet, do we need that much?!" on of the
less experienced Demon asked.
To be reduced to ash as a reply.
"I DIDN'T MEAN THE TWO FEET WE ALREADY HAVE BUT THE FORTY METERS
WE WILL RECEIVE TOMORROW! 'BANDE D'IDIOT'!" the Lord howls in furry
at so much incompetence.
[Later, still in HELL]
"MORRIGAN, I HAVE A SPECIAL MISSION FOR YOU!"
"What of my assignment to disrupt Keiichi's wish?" asked the Demoness
First class.
"YOU ARE RELOCATING TEMPORARILY TO 'DISASTER PREVENTION'!"
"Didn't know we had such an Office?"
"WE DIDN'T. NOW WE HAVE ONE FOR THE DURATION OF THE CRISIS!"
"The two feet of snow?" she asked, skeptical about it.
She'd heard rumors after all, though not all of them.
The Lord was very tempted to do the same to her than to the last idiot
who questioned him, but thought better after remembering that this Demoness
was the only one who can achieve this delicate mission.
"NO, THE FORTY METERS OF SNOW, ANNOUNCED FOR TOMORROW, HAVE ME
WORRY. YOU ARE TO PREVENT IT AT ALL COST."
The Demoness gulped at that. Vacation in Hell cause by bad climate
is unheard of. And also some of the soul's contracts are links to the
fact that it'd never snow more than ten meters to this day.
"STUDY THIS FOLDER CAREFULLY. THOUSAND OF SOULS DEPEND OF IT!"
She, too, received a folder from empty air.
Just added sulfur to the mix.
"At once my Lord!" replied Morrigan, shaken by his presence alone.
[Half hour later, Morrigan's House in Hell]
The dampness was reading the folder and wasn't happy, which match her
mood just fine. After she finished reading the folder they had receive
from the spy, she began with her own assignment:
Temporary Office 'DISASTER PREVENTION'!
The Goddess of Chaos, know for her mischiefs, evens if
beneficial most of the time, was received today by Kami-sama.
The Folder of her mission was retrieved in a pocket dimension
by one of our spy.
Ranko will have to switch two peoples:
One is known as Usagi Tsukino aka Sailor Moon aka
Moon Princess and future Queen Serenity.
We just learn than the other is Lina Inverse who
was chosen by Ranko.
Your mission, if you accept it, is to help her to fulfill the
two wishes to the best of your abilities.
And don't permit more than twenty-five meters of snow in HELL
else you will have HELL to pay literally.
This message will self-destruct in five seconds if you accepted.
You will self-destruct in any other case!
Good day!
- Secretary of the LORD of HELL.
"Ha, Ha. Very funny!" she said out loud.
And the folder exploded in her face.
Morrigan, all blackened with sooth, just yelled:
"WHO IS THE TWIT WHO STARTS DOING ORDER OF MISSION LIKE THAT?!"
"'KAAABOOOOOMM'!" Lightning had just drop on her House and herself
immediately after that.
Kami-sama didn't like to be called a twit, even in HELL.
Chapter Two: "On hell of a wish!"
"Sorry, I'm late!" Usagi announced to her classroom at school,
while she enters it as a storm with arms nowhere near where
they should be, slapping innocent students for good measure.
And don't forget the twin pigtails either.
"In the hall! Bucket! NOW!" miss Haruna just said.
She had lots of practice.
"ITS NOT FAIR!" wailed Usagi while she went in the hall, bucket and all.
[Henven, Wish Agency's Office]
"How can I switch them now?" thought Ranko, Goddess of Chaos,
First class Limited.
She had just receive her promotion from Second class Limited when
she applied for her new Office.
And was currently reading her personal data, right from the world computer.
"Let see," she said to herself and continued reading:
Ranko, Goddess of Chaos, First class Limited.
Domains of influence: Chaos, Martial Art, Jusenkyo.

Medium of transportation: Chaos
(See Neko-ken as an alternate medium).
Transdimensional ability: Chaos ^ two
(She need a lot of Chaos to breach the dimension's barrier)
Weapons: Anything she can put her hand on will do
(See Anything Goes. A Katana was assigned to her,
except she never makes used of it)
Chaos levels: +40 internal, 100+ Neko-ken, N/A externals.
Specials power: Neko-ken (or Catfist), magic claws while in
Neko-ken, Martial Art (see Ki-blast, Fireball and other
adaptations from the magic each Goddesses possess).
Note: While in Neko-ken, Ranko can kill even the more
powerful God or Demon. The only know peoples totally
safe from her are:
Kami-sama, class classified
Goddess Belldandy, First class Unlimited
Goddess Urd, Second class Limited
Goddess Skuld, Third class Limited
- Other females' Goddess if they are careful.
Demoness Morrigan, First class Limited (chewtoy)
It is very unadvisable to attack Ranko while
she's in Neko-ken, and most of the time it's prove fatal.
"Wait a minute!" exclaimed Ranko, "I have Jusenkyo as one of my domain,
I should be able to cure myself?!"
[After ten minutes of trying]
"That didn't work at all." Ranko said.
She was very depressed by her lack of success, and it show too.
"Could I, maybe, change at will?" she asked to herself,
with what seemed to be a light globe above her dead.
She concentrated on the change,
Nothing,
Still Nothing.
"AAAAHHHHHHHHH!" he yelled in discouragement.
"Euuh!" from hearing her own voice sounding like a man.
"Yatta!" Ranko-kun cried in his new found manhood.
Then he thought of it, and remembered something important,
"I'm a Goddess, not a God! I'm really screw-up now." he said while
looking down on what he wear.
And he looks ridiculous with earing on both ears.
And don't start with a Goddess outfit either.
[HELL]
"Those shovels, they come?" asked a Demon First class.
"We are still having trouble with the credit cards." replied a Demon.
"Since when do we buy what we need?" the first Demon asked,
unsure of what the Hell was going on.
"But the Lord of Hell said to buy them."
"IDIOT! STEAL THEM! WE ALREADY HAVE TEN METERS OF SNOW TO DEAL
WITH!" the Demon First class yelled to anyone near enough to hear him.
[A park in Juuban's District]
The Sailor Senshi were battling another evil being.
They didn't know what kind of enemy they face this time,
and they sure weren't having an easy time at it.
"'Love-Me Chain Encircle'!" Sailor Venus was shooting her chain of
light heart in hoped to ensnare the evil something who had tried many
time to kill Sailor Moon tonight.
"WWWAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Sailor Moon was still wailing for all her worth.
The worse part was that the enemy had seemed to be annoyed to no end
by that. Maybe part of why it had tried so hard to kill her.
She was also immobilized on the ground.
The enemy just drops down to let Venus's attack pass over it.
"Mercury, what of that thing weakness?!" Sailor Mars asked,
not for the first time.
"I don't know, try ice-cream. That work with Sailor Moon before!"
Mercury replied hard on her task and not very much on the reply.
"I meant the monster!" Mars was upset.
"Sorry, still trying." Mercury said, hard at work on her very minicomputer
"If Sailor Moon could just shut-up!" Mars replied in her frustration.
"You are soooo meant!" Sailor Moon stop wailing when she heard Mars
replies from the ground where she was in some kind of web of energy.
Venus, Jupiter and Mars were too busy to help her get out of it and
Mercury was too busy herself. As for Tuxedo Kamen, either he had
discovered how to turn invisible or wasn't there at all.
"I'm too busy to be mean!" Mars replied while jumping above another
energy attacks.
"I wish for a normal life. It's not too much to ask!" Moon wept plaintively.
That when TIME STOP!
Sailor Moon, at first didn't notice, but when she says the huge electrical
storm, which was really Jupiter's attack, stopped in midair, that is sure
to give the fact away that time wasn't functioning right.
"Sailor Pluto?!" she called out tentatively.
"Yes, Sailor Moon?" Sailor Pluto had replied from behind her.
"Don't do that! My heart nearly dropped out of me." protested Sailor Moon
after regaining her composure. At least as much one can when trapped in
an energy' web.
"Can you get me out of it?!" asked Moon, referring at her predicament.
"Sure." Pluto replied.
With her Time Staff she makes contact with the web of energy,
which dissolve to nothing.
"Thank." said Usagi, look at herself and say she'd reverted to
her pink pyjama bunny.
"AAAHHHHHH! I'M NAKE! I WILL BE ARREST FOR INDECENT EXPOSURE!
MAMO-CHAN WOULDN'T MARRY ME! MY LIFE IS FINISH! . . ." Usagi continued
without pausing for a second.
Behind Usagi, through a portal, appeared another being who had long
red hair, was very stack for her size and wearing a Goddess outfit.
She approached Sailor Pluto and asked:
"Should we have stopped her at the same time too?"
"No, she's perfectly normal." replied Sailor Pluto,
with a hint of a smile.
"If you say so." said Ranko, Goddess of Chaos, First class Limited.
"You know how she is."
"Sure. Now could we continue with the next part of our plan?" asked Ranko.
"Yes" Pluto replied and waved her staff at empty air.
A portal opened before them, they both each took one of
Usagi's arms and they all disappeared through it.
[HELL]
Twelve meters of snow now spread to everywhere in HELL to the
displeasure of most of its inhabitant.
Morrigan for her part wasn't happy either.
Trying to do good in place of evil is never an easy task for a Demon.
The snow didn't please her either.
