Non-exclusive titles are nothing new in fanfiction, I'm afraid. In fact,
Gary Kleppe and I both wrote Ranma 1/2 fanfics entitled "Lost". Now,
courtesy would dictate that if the person who used the title first asked you
to change yours that you do so, but Gary was gracious enough not to ask
(which was good, since no other title would have fit, really).
It happens...

Especially given the volume of fanfiction out there (and how usefull and
common certain titles may be...:P)
My two cents to hopefully kill this off here, and that is I myself have no
problem with Raja using the title. It seems to fit for this setup and plus
my bcywf is so old that it probably isn't that well known. So no problems
here on my end....:P
Odd. I was under the impression that Richard Beaurbien had already written
a "Be Careful What you Wish For"... Then again maybe bcwywf.txt dated
07/01/98 I have here may be a figment of my imagination...

FYI the story is much older than that, probably dated in 95 (I forget the
month). It exists so it isn't a figment of your imagination..(Granted It's
so error filled I wish it was figment of my imagination....:P)
