A few thoughts:

The word is "angel", not "angle".

I know that, this will be fixed in the revised chap. and I repeat I did not send in this chap.

Gendo didn't really make sure that Shinji could be easily controlled.
So far as I can tell, he totally ignored him until he needed him.
Shinji just happened to be clinically depressed.

Oh but don't you think that he'll at least keep an eye on him? (Then again this is Gendo...)

If Ranma used his own anger to do the HSH, he would blow himself sky
high.  This is not an effective combat strategy.

Uh, I'm still going to keep but I'll do it in a way thats show Ranma getting hurt too. <Yea, that'll work.>

Why is Ranma angry at this guy he doesn't even know?  What exactly could
Gendo have done to Shinji that tops being thrown to the cats?

You see, Ranma has Shinji memories, and since Shinji really hates his father or at least really dislikes him. It kind of like a memory that was lost for a long time. Then one day you remember, the same with Ranma. And with Gendo could have done with Shinji that's a tops being thrown to the cats? How about being Abandoned. Gendo basically said that I don't love you, you're a waste of time. Or something like that. At least we know that Genma loves his son. People forget that sometimes.
