excessive(for SM) use of profanity, MARS having INCEST with her father?
Come
on! She... profoundly dislikes... her father, whom she considers
abandoned
her. He's a politician or something and never visits. I stopped reading
at
this point as the fic seemed to be going way beyond silly to utter
nonsense.

Well well well. Mr. Morality strikes again! Your criteria for litterary
evaluation
are simply narrow-minded and stupid. "Too many caps"... I guess that just
*one*
all-caps word is "too many" to you. OOCs: "what a sin!" Ha ha ha! Mine
didn't
rise from
the absolute nothing, Mr. Praesumption. "Excessive" use of profanity "for
SM"...
De gustibus et coloribus non est disputandum --- sed criticandum. As for
Rei X
her father,
you have just proved to know absolutely nothing of psychology. Also, you
have
never learned
to read between the lines. Naoko-sama's work has much more symbolism and
*open
possibilities*
than your poor imagination and creativity will ever be able to realize or
appreciate.
You and ppl like you probably have never read deep anything but
newspapers,
best-sellers, comix,
and popular magazines --- not to mention "easy-reading"(yuk!) fanfics of
course.
You would quickly send to the trash bin the works of the masters
of modern world litterature --- Thomas Mann, Proust, Kafka, Joyce, Shaw,
Strindberg, Ibsen,
Tolstoi, Dostoiewsky, Maugham, Hemingway, und so weiter --- just because
you're
so very proud of your
provincialism. I learned a lot from reading their best works, and
unfortunately
most
fanfic readers and writers did not. You are no exception to this rule. At
least
you could have read
thru not only "Fly me to the moon", but also the four previous "chapters"
it
explicitly
makes references to, before ever sending me a totally baseless criticism
on it.
Shame on you!

First of all, I want to apologize. I did not realize that there were
previous
chapters, as I tend to skip ahead to the story. You really should put the
chapter
number in your subject heading as that will give readers clues. You should
also
repair the mess at the beginning of the fic, as that contributed to my
confusion.
I was also tired and cranky and I shouldn't have taken it out on you.

I think that your response to my rather negative, but not really hostile C&C
was over the top. You obviously can't take criticism very well. I won't
bother
to write next time.

I also think you're a snob, but that's irrelevant.
