You missed Kawasaki which is between Yokohama and Tokyo.  Was it Yokohama
that he sailed into?  For some reason I was thinking Yokosuka...

You also missed Akihabara, discount electronics capital of Japan, and setting of the eponymous 'Akihabara Cyber-Team'.
