A challenge idea.
jusenkyuo TV 1
Hopposi was laughing insanely as he climb down from channel 37's
broadcast tower he had planted and activated the "jusenkyuo gem of visual
transformation" now who ever was watching when the endless tapes of ranma
transforming into his female form was played would be cursed to transform
into what ever type of girl they saw ranma change to.
Hopposi rubbed his hands over one of his "favorites" soon there would be
nearly twice as many beauties in tokyo as they tuned in to "Babe watch"--- no
that wasn't it, those hollywood producer had misnamed that WONDERFUL show
they had called it "Bay watch", who were they kidding!
As he crept to the manhole cover and used his pipe to lever it aside the
feminine screams coming from the electronics shop around the corner told him
phase two was a success now to execute phase three.
The sewer rats and an occasional alligator or crocodile fled quickly from
the insane laughter of a miniature old man holding a lantern and waving a
ladle around as he headed in the general direction of tokyo's drinking water
treatment plant.
Jusenkyuo TV 2
Nibiki first warning that she and ranma were in deep trouble was the two
women screaming downstairs, ordinarily she would only have walked down
stairs to see what trouble ranma was in, but the third scream started out
sounding like kasumi and changed mid scream into something that sounded so
sultry and sexy even with the fear overlaying it.
As nibiki run into the TV room where the Two French maids? and a white
haired woman floated!? she looked for what was causing a strange
multicolored glow to fill the room finally the maid waving the sign
stepped aside and nibiki watched as the TV displayed part of the tape that she
had edited together of ranma changing into various lovely fictional
characters.
The Tape she had sold to happosi for a million yen, she watch as ranma
appeared to transformed into--------------

My personal favorite is Beldandy for nibiki, how will she react to being
merged with beldandy what kind of new personality will she have now?
The challenge would be to pick any ranma character and write a short story
detailing how the new merged character reacts and acts.
Nibiki has edited the transformation sequence of ranma to make it look
like he changes into Ranko, a french maid, Urd, beldandy, skuld, Lina and
many more the choices are yours.
OPTIONAL RULES/RESTRICTIONS
Each victim is only affected by the first full ranma transformation
sequence they see after that the victim is immune to the following
transformations.
When in cursed form the victim has two complete sets of memories with no
way to tell which are more valid.
When in cursed form the victim has all abilities, skills and weaknesses
of both forms. It is up to the writer to determine how the various
differences strengthen and weaken in the new merged personality.
When in Uncursed form they remember what they did but don't have the
knowledge or abilities of their cursed form.
The curse is activated by cold water and deactivated by hot.
CAN'T THINK OF A WAY AROUND THIS but the curse must all be to a variant
of Spring of drowned beautiful female. After all nibiki made this tape at the
request of happosi.
The apparel they are wearing is altered by the change each time
they are splashed. The first time they are wearing what they saw ranma
wearing at the end of his transformation.
If ranma see's any part of the broadcast then each time he is splashed with cold water he turns into a different character from the tape.
