Well, time to get some ground rules straightened out about all the
new stuff coming in. Teknos is an idea I came up with myself. It's a
simple derivation of the word Teknoman. It has nothing to do with the
teknoman/tekkaman blade universe.

Yui: Just in case you didn't figure it out the first time around.

Next, the little quote at the beginning of the chapter and of
chapter 1 was an idea I got after reading an old dragon ball fanfic. I liked it a lot and thought I'd give it a whack. It must be known that all the articles and things related are purely fictional, unless they are quotes from true sources that really grip me and I feel almost
obligated to put them in to get a point across, if there is one. ^_^

Tina's little trial in a nutshell was inspired from several
sources. One of them being of the trial of the young Artreides from
the Dune movie, another from Slade's description near the end of the
US tv series, and just a few little diddies that I thought would be
appropirate for something like this.

Nicole: Heh...nice job there.

Next, yes, the little ordeal with Galt was taken from the tv
series. With the deletion of the Saber and Co trashing the SKCC and
adding my own ideas into what would have happened afterwards if the
bomb hadn't exploded on Galt. And sorry, I still need old baldie for
a while, so you'll have to put with him for a while longer than you'd
have hoped.

All: damn!

Ringo's weapons were inspired from the ancient Nintendo 64
game: Turok: Dinosaur Hunter. A fun game because of it's awesome
weapons. I may also decide to add a few more weapons to the
teknosuits arsenal, just for fun and to add to the collateral damage.

Natsumi: Which is always good. <grin>

Now for Tina's little meeting with the other two in...
wherever she was, the Konatsu you saw is THAT Konatsu. You'll find
out how he got there later on, in a future fic and the same thing applies to the new Ensign.

Fans of Sega's Phantasy Star series will recognize Neigas as
the main character from Phantasy Star II. As soon as I find the game
itself and pass the rest of it, I'll be able to fill in the gaps
about his past in the next story, I promise. Which also proves that this is going to lead into something much larger than it is now.

Another thing to be made known; this is a combination of the
Tekkaman Blade and Teknoman universe. Meaning that you get the dub
names, and you get the japanese version of the aliens. To me, it
sounds like the aliens are called 'Lahdam' and not Radam as most
people interpret it. The former sounds more scary to me, so I decided
to use that. Another is that you will NEVER hear the following in my
stories;

'quantum energy': Quantum energy sounds like it's a lot, but in
reality, it's not. I'm a physics major (that's right, yours truly
isn't a dummy!) and I almost want to wretch when I hear the word used

Nicole: <opens her mouth to say something, but is malleted by Brian>

in such a context to imply that it's actually more than it is. It's
like, so stupid, guy!

'venomoids': Sounds like something you'd hear in some short-lived,
1950's sci-fi series. And it's incredibly corny at that.

'tekno battle mode': Same as the vemonoids explanation. I intend to
replace it with the 'Crystal Hawk' or something like unto it for the
sake of creative license and because it would sound better.

'tekno power blasters': Same explanation as tekno battle mode.

'tekno power': Being replaced with 'Tek Sector', that version sounds
far too close to Sailor Moon's own transformation cry... hmm
(scratches his head), a tekkaman blade/SM crossover... 'Tek Sector
Make-Up'? Hmm, nah. Not yet anyway.

All: <groan...>

If there's any other questions, email me a.s.a.p. And of
course, the C&C always helps.  'Till next time folks.

[Warhammer sits back to enjoy the fight.]

Nicole: And we're finally at the end of this!

Natsumi: A few spelling and grammar errors, but overall...a nice rewrite.

Yui: Yes..nice job there.

Brian: <nods> Oh...and we're still rooting for Tina...<holds up the banner> remember that. <eg>

All: Ja ne!!
