Well, that's all I managed in an hour, only I've polished it up a
bit. So the big question is, is there enough interest in this
fic for me to continue working on it?

Well I don't know about the rest of the list, but you certainly have
my attention.

Thanks, that's good to hear. ^_^ So, just curious, but are you one of
the few Trigun fans who actually knows who Knives is already? I was
beginning
to think, from the general puzzled reaction to this teaser, that I was
the only one.  ^_^;

Well, I do now. =)

Actually, I do have one quibble, it's more of a question of style. I
cannot,
for any reason, see anyone naming their kid Knives. Million Knives sounds
more like a nickname then a birth name. I'd make one up that sounds a bit
more plausible as a birth name.

Actually, Knives is his birth name. (My guess is, that to the Japanese, it
sounds exotic.) The "Million" part was tacked on as a nickname later, just
like Vash gained "The Stampede." And yes, it is a weird name for a kid, but
don't blame me, blame the people on the colony ship. ^_^; So I'm afraid
I'm going to keep it that way, for the sake of canon. ^^
