Errr.. Doug, PLEASE don't ask me how or why I know this,
but 'frot' is the verb form of "frottage", or the act of gaining
sexual gratification by rubbing one's body (or parts thereof)
against another person in an otherwise non-sexual area.
That is to say, the traditional game of "footsie"
(rubbing your foot against theirs, or even against their
crotch) is a form of frottage, and you are frotting your
partner when you do it.
