Tokyo�fs Rippongi district is usually referred to as the �gAmericanized�h district
of Tokyo.  Aside from being the location of the corporate HQs for some of the
world�fs largest corporations, Rippongi was where most of the western style
nightclubs and restaurants could be found.

Author�fs Comments:  There really is a Ribera�fs Steakhouse in Japan, and it is
owned and operated by a wrestler named Mitsuhiru Matsunaga.  Trust me, as dumb
as it seems now, the pro wrestling aspect will play a major part of an upcoming
story arc in this series, and it won�ft sink the entire fic either, I swear.

***Roppongi is also A home of many pink cabarets, particularly the type with all foreign women working there.  As far as corporate HQ's that would be foreign, not Japanese (newer arrivals are located in other areas though), and they would also be joined by some embassies in the general Minato-ku, and Meguro-ku area (though there are plenty scattered in other parts of Tokyo as well).
