I've been for some time entertaining an idea for a fic set in the SM universe. However, I'd like your opinion on something.

What Japanese weapons would you give the Sailor Senshi (all of them, even the ones already armed)?

Bear in mind that I do not want guns. Oh, and just because Mars has her Mars Flame Sniper doesn't mean she absolutely needs a bow. I'm being flexible here ^_^

Suggested weapons follow (although not restricted to. if it's Japanese, I accept it)
Yari (spear)
Naginata
No-Dachi
Bow
Tanto (?)
Bo (staff)

Composite weapons may be accepted (a staff with a blade on each tip, for example. Actually, I think there's a real weapon like that, don't know its name...).

BTW, this doesn't mean I'm doing away with the Silence Glaive and stuff...

Oh, and reply privately, please. I don't want to be the cause of a flood of spam to the FFML. God knows I almost started a big one once purely by accident...
