Rain Man had intended to continue this work, as well as his first fanfic,
a DBZ fic by the name of "The Three-Fold God's Path", during the time. In
fact, both fanfics have additional unposted parts.
Black Wind indeed ends in Chapter 4, but Black Wind is the first installment
of the Chronicles of the Wind story. The second installment is entitled
Blue Wind, and I have what could be the first chapter of which, but I am not
sure if it is complete. I do not know if this will be completed.
"The Three-Fold God's Path" (Episode 15 was the last post in December 1997)
actually had its first season of 20 episodes completed within 1998. At the
last post of which, Rain Man had indicated that he intended to edit the entire
series to that point, and gave me a copy of the new chapter one for the series,
newly titled "The Three Paths".
If anyone is interested in helping to edit the entire "The Three-Fold God's
Path", tell me so that we can arrange a list to analyze the series post by post.
