If you trap Ranma as a > girl what story opportunities present

1: Ranma learns to be a lesbian.
Good for a OOC 'lemon' but otherwise of little value.
2: Ranma learns to act like a heterosexual girl.

I believe this would be the most likely outcome. But...
4: Ranma finds a way to escape being trapped.
... he would most certainly try this until it becomes obvious he was
trapped.
Otherwise, he'd escape back to how he was before (if he didn't finde
a cure
to his curse along the way.)
In any case, I believe the whole question is one worthy of serious
exploration.
