Hey. an idea. What is Ramna were Impulse?

Impulse was raised in a VR video game world where he blew stuff up and had
adventures. what if that lkife was Ramna?

One the one hand when he got out he's be cured and have super speed AND
martial arts. on the other hand all of his firends are either dead or were
never born AND he has to deal with super villans. Life in Nerima is close
enough to life in the midwest to make his transition easier but different
enough to be funny at times. Any takers on this idea?
