You might have it that all of Ranma's wishes, while not having the power that is possessed by a goddess wish, will still be backed up by the Ultimate Force.

That gets me thinking,
Is there really a difference between Yggsdrail and the Ultimate Force?  In the Anime, they never mentioned the World Ash/Computer, so I'm thinking that's just a name the translaters used to keep from having to figure out the pronunciation of the World Ash.

Just a thought.
