None of the enemies from the original are a match for this tactically aware
Usagi. What you need is to have one of them use lessons from the Evil
Overlord List. It wouldn't be fair if the heroines were the only ones to get
smart now would it?
Problem is the limited resources that a lot of them have.
Ail & Ann:They only have 20 monsters
Dark Moon:They only had a few droids with them
Heart Stealer:Daimon Eggs take time to grow
Dead Circus:not sure
Neheria:She actually did a pretty good job in the early rounds. If it
wasn't for Saturn waking up, she would have swamped the Inners and
Outers with those crystal golems of hers.
Galaxia and her crew:The Star Seed removing bracelets were used againt
humans and they weren't used often in any episode, save Galaxia's
(Actually, I just realized left out Ail and Ann, but they're appearing next
chapter anyway.)
If memory serves, their MO was hit and run attacks, although they rarely got
to the run part. Facing them will be an interesting test of Usagi's
adaptability. Please remember that they were more misguided than evil, try
to redeem them instead of destroying them if possible.
Which brings me to my next point, perhaps you should delay their appearance
a bit. Usagi needs to find the Moon Crystal and this time she doesn't have
the Dark Kingdom helping her by uncovering the Seven Shadows.
You could also have Usagi deal with Minako's curse.
"Even though you are the Senshi of Love, your love shall always be
hopeless" Sailor V manga.
I think that is how it went.
