Uranus's just seems to appear from nowhere in the series.  I don't know

about Neptune (and Pluto obviously

isn't a problem).

My memory is a bit fuzzy on this, but I think she got it from Neptune, who
got hers from Pluto.

Well, there's the enemies we see in the series, then Crystal Tokyo is nice
and peaceful...  I'm not sure there are other enemies aside from Chaos.

None of the enemies from the original are a match for this tactically aware
Usagi. What you need is to have one of them use lessons from the Evil
Overlord List. It wouldn't be fair if the heroines were the only ones to get
smart now would it?

(Actually, I just realized left out Ail and Ann, but they're appearing next

chapter anyway.)

If memory serves, their MO was hit and run attacks, although they rarely got
to the run part. Facing them will be an interesting test of Usagi's
adaptability. Please remember that they were more misguided than evil, try
to redeem them instead of destroying them if possible.
Which brings me to my next point, perhaps you should delay their appearance
a bit. Usagi needs to find the Moon Crystal and this time she doesn't have
the Dark Kingdom helping her by uncovering the Seven Shadows.
