As for Nodoka, nothing really came to me, just as with Happosai and
Cologne. 

Can't say if these are good, since I don't have much experience with haikus, but here are some tries at those three characters:

I came while it rained,
But again he's out training,
So tears mix with rain.

To him, am I rain?
He seeks shelter from us both,
Strange, since we give life.

(Both by a depressed and confused Nodoka)


How I love the rain,
When dresses turn transparent,
And panties I see.

(Happosai)


While others bones' creak,
I merely laugh at both rain
And the curses made.

(Cologne)
