I've done every net search I can think of and I can find a specific fic that came out a few years back.  It's a Bubblegum Crisis/Highlander cross with Nene as the Immortal coming back to MegaTokyo about 10 years after she was 'killed' as a Knight Saber.  If this sounds familiar, let me know (privately) where I can find this fic, especially since I never got to read chapter 3 the first time around.
