Subject: [FFML] RevengeFics?

Hmm. The first revengefic I discovered was one of
Lawson's. Interesting enough, I suppose. Then I ran into SKJAM!'s
"Sauce". One of the things that it mentioned was many the FFML authors
who had been "attacked" joining forces against the anime characters
who attacked them. This sounded interesting.
I ran across Zen's revengefic page. Also interesting.

To come to the point: I like the concept of the revengefic. I'm
interested in reading more about the RevengeWars, etc. However, I'm
rather confused about the whole thing. Where did it start? (After
_Sauce_, I mean.) Is there some sort of "Guide to the RevengeFics" or
something? Do I even make sense? And who took away my
monkey-on-a-typewriter, anyway?
