As Harry Potter canon is off-topic for this list, I must ask that this
thread be taken to private mail. Comments on T.H. Tiger's fic, including
ones along the lines of what's been said here, will be welcome on the
list once some relevant part of the fic has been written and released
here; but as this does not seem to be the case now, please mail your
suggestions and comments directly to the author.

Also, because a few people have expressed confusion about this
privately: Harry Potter fics should not be posted to the FFML unless
they have some sort of manga/anime or related content (as this one
clearly does). There are other venues out there for such stories, and if
we started accepting them the resulting influx of new fics and list
members would strain both the physical resources through which the list
runs and the list moderation staff. To emphasize, HP fics are perfectly
welcome here if (and only if) they have some sort of significant
crossover content with anime or manga (or any closely related material
such as Japanese video games).
