No, it doesn't necessarily follow that he's gone to Heaven - I'm pretty sure
he wasn't Christian. Perhaps the soul's course after death has to do with
its faith in life... Or maybe the Hindus were right.
"Heaven" is just a way of speaking... From what I've seen of AMG (not
much, admitetly), there's only one Good Place and one Bad Place. All the
gods and godesses come from the Good Place, and all the demons come from
the Bad one. Their respective computer systems are also there.
Even if you want to say he will reincarnate, Bell would go to the Good
Place with him to oversee the process, and would come back with him when
he was born...
Hmmm. That'd make an interesting story - K1 living life after life, and Bell
always turning up at his side...
