It's fine. Urd was the one who asked the question even in the manga itself.

Yeah, Skuld has Noble Scarlet, but she was reverted to an
angel egg after Skuld let her get out of control, whereas Urd's had and
dealt with World of Elegance for a while.

I take it you've not yet read the chapter titled 'Another Me'? Urd has...
issues with her angel. She took one look at it and banished it until then.
Besides, this story is at the early point of the manga. Urd isn't ready to
deal with her angel yet and Skuld hasn't gotten the egg yet.
