Gendo watched as the Blue haired figure slid out of the tube and onto the
ground. "Ah good." he said in a calm voice. But jumped when the capsule
nextto him hissed and also released it's contents, a girl identical to the
first, except for her Red hair. "Interesting, this is un expected."
The Blue haired girl sat up and looked around. "Where am I?"
The red haired one sat up herself a moment later. "I am not sure." The red
head glared at Gendo. "But I do believe we have a pervert."
Blue hair Looked toward Gendo. "We do?"
Gendo blinked at the two girls discussion. "I am not a pervert. I am your
creat-URK!" He then fell to the ground lifelessly.
Blue hair looked toward Red hair. "What did you do?"
Red hair returned the look. "I am not sure. I think I turned off his motor
control." Red tilted her head. "I believe this man intends to destroy
humanity."
Blue looked to the now terrified and helpless Gendo. "I believe so to. His
intent is clear in his thoughts. Perhaps we should punish him?"
"Yes." Red blinked, then looked back to Gendo. "But we must be careful.
There are others behind this also. If they learn that we intend to stop
them, they will kill us."
"They will try. But caution seems best for now. We shall suppress his
memories of this event." Blue smirked. "He shall forever more not be able
toknow that we are two. And that we plot to stop him."
Red returned the smirk. "A fitting punishment. To be aware of a threat to
his plan, yet unable to block it." Red stood up and walked over to Blue.
Blue stood herself and looked red in the eye. "Yes, fitting. But for now,
Let us join." Blue said to Red, then stepped forward into Red.
Purple turned to look at Gendo and released her block on his Mind.
Gendo Stood up and shook his head, clearing it of the fog. "Ah, good. You
are Rei, a clone. Come with me, we have several tests we need to run."

Many Years Later...

Rei looked at her bandaged hand. [How much longer must we maintain the
farce?] ~We don't~ Rei smiled. ~Do you not feel the others presence?~ she
slowly sat up and removed the bandages from her head. [Ah. The Third
Angel.] She finished removing the bandages and stood up.
Then there were two of them. "I shall hide Ami. You go and greet the third
child." The Red haired one said, then walked over to the closet and ducked
into it.
The blue haired one, Ami, Nodded and walked over to the door, Opening it
justas the orderly was reaching for it. "I am Ready." she said as she
steppedforward and walked past them.
The orderly's stared at her for several moments. Bewildered by her sudden
recovery, but he quickly shook it off and followed her.
Moments later, Red stepped out of the closet and walked quickly out of the
room, unnoticed by anyone else.

I can't write this anymore. I can't seem to figure out where to go
precisely. So I'm tossing this up to you. If anyone wants to take it and
Run, go ahead.
Basics: the premise of this fic is the insertion of a Second soul into Rei.
This Second soul manifested as the Red-haired Version Rei. Rei was
originally planning for this to be her insertion. Unfortunately, she gave
up on it. Were still trying to ponder why. *shrug*.
Anyway. Rei now has two halves. Ami, the blue haired one, she is Quite a
lot like the original, but this is due to her being shy, and not because of
Lack of emotion. And Lina, the red haired one, she shows more emotion then
Ami, but is more calm then her to. They can also merge to become the Purple
haired one known as Rei. Only Ritsuko know of their duel nature before
Shinji arrives. All other don't know Rei is actually two people. These two
both know of Gendo's plans and have blocked him from even thinking that they
are two people and are trying to stop him and SEELE. They have driven three
members of the SEELE council insane and have plans to kill or do the same to
the rest.
That�s all the data we can get out of her. *sigh*. You can do anything
with the Idea from this point on.
