I'm not going to give you a blow by blow review, but on a readability note,
remember that a rip to PT deletes the line breaks between paragraphs unless
you add them manually.  It would help the readibility a lot.

On a DP note, the only thing needed might be an explanation of how the Joker
clone has all of his memories.  Yuri clone had both DNA and a up to date
neural net backup.   With out the NN, the clones just a blank slate.

Beyond that, kick ass story.  Looking forward to the rest.  Love the
dialogue, and love the take on the Joker.
