I've set the reply-to to the fanfic idea list, as this is getting kinda
off-topic for the FFML.

So as to prevent this from causing problems, I've set the
fanfic_idea_list to accept posts from anyone. If I start having
problems, I'll have to either make the list message-approval-required
moderated, or switch it back to only accept posts from members.
