Hello all,

Once again it comes that time to take applications for the Ushicon 2 
Fanfiction Panel. Ushicon will be in Austin, Texas, January 31st, February 
1st and 2nd. As you may recall, last year I found out I was in charge of the 
panel about three weeks before the con, and our assembled panel was well, 
less than stellar. We also had to compete with Anime Match Game. This won't 
be happening this year. So, instead of three weeks notice, I'm giving out 
three months notice. If you would like to be considered for the Ushicon 2
