Just because the majority of readers don't send C&C doesn't mean that
your stories don't get read and appreciated.  I enjoy more than half of
the stories on the ffml, but I only send C&C when I find something
*wrong* with the story.  I'm sure that many other readers do the same.

So, for an author, no news is good news.
