I'd like to announce the latest release of Reform, version 1.0.0.

Reform is a command-line (i.e. non-GUI) program written to reformat
fan-fiction or any other type of periodical/book-ish text files. It
has a variety of options and features, such as: control tags, character
set filtering, naked whitespace removal, paragraph unwrapping,
separator line handling, standard input/output support, paragraph
respacing, separate paragraphs with blank lines, remove all indention
from paragraphs, add tabular indention to paragraphs, convert tabs to
spaces, wrap lines, and outputting as plain text or HTML.
