        Dragons are a known hazard in this world; Hotaru likely didn't think to
question that this is not an ordinary dragon that's being discussed.

If Usagi'd said, "the dragon," instead of, "Dragon," then
you'd be right.  But Usagi's using Dragon as a proper name.
